The residence has the more beautiful outdoor swimming pool of all the neighboorhood hotels and residence. Very spacious, very clean. It is a private house only reserved to the guests of the residence,
The residence has its own tennis court, that you just need ot reserve at the reception (no fees), But don't forget to bring your tennis racquets.
There is also a modern and well equipped heatlh club, and 2 separated dry saunas.
There is a lobby reception with concierge 24h. Each of our apartment has a parking lot attached to the indoor parking of the residence.
In the residence, there are about 20 apartments that are managed as hotel (with daily room service). Our apartments are without daily roomservice. They are clean and well maintained.
